Please log your hours worked here, once submitted you will receive a copy and so will your manager and accounts. You must ensure accuracy as of 20 September 2020 declaring any time not worked has become a criminal offence.
When selecting your date, select the Wednesday you get paid, which will normally be tomorrow if you lodge this on a Tuesday.
